SOUTH African singer Lauren Lee Bock will be returning to Cumbria later this year, this time joined by compatriot and fellow vocal star Felicity Kiran.

The pair headline at Kendal Leisure Centre on Friday December 8, in a concert that will also raise money for Kendal Organ Donors charity.

Following the success of her Flood Relief Charity Concert in the town last year, Lauren will be returning by popular demand.

The pair have been making waves on the South African music scene this year, signing a record deal with The Orchard and Next Music and their musical parody, with Anray Amansure, of Beyonce’s Irreplaceable was a nationwide hit on YouTube.

Stage Coach dance school will be providing the dancers for the show, and a local school choir competition is under way, with the winners joining Lauren and Felicity on stage.

The Bay presenter Danny Matthews will be MC for the evening.

Lauren Lee Bock has had a busy year since her last appearance in Kendal; she released her single, Insane Love, with a solo album in the works, and joined the Woman2Woman cast alongside Felicity Kiran - the group were subsequently interviewed and performed live on South Africa's Channel24.
