THE winners of The Naked Choir take their show on the road with a tour that visits Cumbria later this year.

The Sons of Pitches were crowned winners of the BBC 2 TV series last October, and following the huge success of their debut sold out tour, they return in November and December for their second run across the UK.

On Thursday November 3 they appear at the Brewery Arts Centre, in Kendal, in a tour that looks set to sell out once more.

The multi-award winning vocal group combine soaring solos, impeccable harmonies and sensational beatboxing to stunning effect.

Since 2013, The Sons have captivated audiences with highly creative vocal gymnastics and a programme of inventive pop covers, original numbers and entertaining improvised songs.

Since their last appearance in the county, they have toured across the USA and Asia with performances at the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella final in New York, and a sell-out debut run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

The new tour will see the group perform songs featured on the hit BBC2 TV show along with never before seen material as the group continue to light the way with their unique a cappella improvisation.

The Sons of Pitches debut EP, Not Too Shabby, featured the group’s popular cover of Daft Punk’s Get Lucky as selected on the prestigious Voices Only compilation. This year will see the release of the group’s greatly anticipated full-length album.

Tickets for the Kendal show are available from the Brewery Arts Centre box office.
