SOME of Furness’ best tribute acts came together recently for a charity event in Barrow.

Crowds flocked to Kidfest – a charity event to raise money for Born 2Be Brave anti-bullying alliance at Crofters, in Holbeck – to see the likes of Lady Gaga, Robbie Williams, Katy Perry, Adele, Jessie J, Steps, Michael Bublé and Liam Gallagher take to the stage.

Of course, they weren’t the real performers but they were the next best thing.

Morecambe-based teen sensations, Idol Minds, headlined the event, fresh from supporting Brit pop rock giants, McFly, on their UK tour.
