MILLOM seek to make amends from last week's heavy defeat against Whitehaven when they welcome Carlisle Crusaders to Wilson Park tomorrow.

Headed by returning captain Ian Cummings, the hosts are able to put out a strong side as they aim to recapture some of their early-season Cumbria League form.

Elsewhere, cup action dominates the agenda as Ambleside welcome Liverpool-based Mossley Hill in the Intermediate Cup and Hawcoat ParkA host Manchester outfit Didsbury Toc H in the Raging Bull Cup.

MILLOM v CARLISLE CRUSADERS

(Wilson Park, 3pm)

MILLOM face Carlisle Crusaders looking to build on some good results early in the season.

Skipper Cummings returns at prop, and is joined by Dean Doyle and Steve Watson.

The engine room sees Kevin Rogan and Callum Lamont team up and the important back-row duties go to Mike Jordan, Joe Laydon and James Wilson as they go in pursuit of loose ball.

Robbie Pattinson and Chris Park are the link men at scrum half and fly-half, as Ryan Carter and Trevor Dixon move to the centres.

Jordan Moyes and Jarty Robinson are out wide, and John Falconer at full-back.

AMBLESIDE v MOSSLEY HILL

(Galava Park, 3pm)

GALAVA Park sees Intermediate Cup action as Ambleside welcome Mossley Hill to the Lake District.

Once again, the Black and Ambers were let down in the league last week, with their game against Cockermouth scratched, but there should be no danger of the same fate befalling this encounter.

There are no changes to the team and Keenan Longster will be alongside half-back partner Matt Burrow.

Skipper Paul Longster pushes on from the second row with Andrew Clayton, while the back row of Rory Seeking, Greg Machino and the massive frame of Jacob Taylor will be a real handful in the loose.

The Matthews brothers, Ben and Stephen, will look to attack on all fronts, with Tim Horsfall and Rory Townsend more than capable of finishing the flowing rugby Ambleside play.

Everything starts up front though, and Mike Gibson, Pip Houghton and Paul Aires can take on the best of them. It is shaping up to be a great game for Lakes side and one they desperately need under there belt.

HAWCOAT PARK A v DIDSBURY TOC H

(Hawcoat Park, 3pm)

AFTER a superb home win against Clitheroe last week, Hawcoat host Didsbury Toc H in the second round of the Raging Bull Cup.

This weeks sees a strong team take to the field, with a number of old faces returning from their trip to the Super League Grand Final and a lot of new men coming to the fold.

After a great return to the club, Patrick Samiento will lead the way, with Rory Sayle and Ryan Brown close behind.

Liam Burns' robust scrummaging will see him take Didsbury on up front, with Joe Rea, Dave Wynne and Gareth Morgan always close to the action.

Wing men Dan Armitstead and Rodney Odandi had great games last week, along with Matt Burrows in the backs

Jake Vial returns to playing, along with new boys Sam Shephard and Australian Joel Smith, giving it a go from rugby league, with Joe Ward and Harry Young.

With Dan Hayes, Austin Meadows, Richard Dalton and Jay Crowe also available, picking a side to start is going to be difficult.
