HAWCOAT Park aim to make it back-to-back wins in North Lancs/Cumbria League when they head to Fleetwood tomorrow.

The Maroons beat the same opponents on their home turf earlier this year and will want to do the double in the build-up to the Christmas break.

Hawcoat A are on the road as well, travelling to Blackburn's thirds, while the Cumbria League sees Furness head to Whitehaven and Millom travel to play St Benedicts seconds.

Ambleside and Windermere will aim to make the most of home advantage though, hosting Whitehaven A and Egremont respectively.

FLEETWOOD v HAWCOAT PARK

HAWCOAT will be looking for another win as they travel to Fleetwood after a great home victory against Workington.

Skipper Dan White will lead from the second row, with the impressive Ash Mowatt his partner in crime.

The front row will likely have Adam Grainger, John Donnan and Andy Kent in it, while Ryan Milner waits on a late fitness test.

The back row has been performing heroics, with Callum Ramsey and Mike Lightfoot at its helm.

Johnny Burrows will look to continue at scrum half, with George Smith likely to keep the number 10 shirt after some superb games.

Outside the fly-half will be Chris Burns, with either Matty Sayle or Jack Sutherland joining him. Wide men Glenn Kaighan and Ryan Clegg will be looking to finish off every opportunity. Full-back will probably see Elliot McDermott line up.

ST BENEDICTS A v MILLOM

MILLOM travel to take on St Benedicts in need of a Cumbria League win before the Christmas break to help them pull away from the bottom half.

They have a strong pack out again, with utility man Craig Mounsey moving on to the flank and Steven Watson returning from injury at tight-head prop.

Captain Ian Cummings and Dean Doyle complete the front row, and are supported by the two young second-rowers Kieran Coulson and Joe Tomlinson, who are holding on to their shirts in the first 15.

Joining Mounsey in the back row are Joe Laydon and the impressive James Wilson.

Robbie Pattinson, at scrum half, is showing his talent in his first year of open-age rugby and will be linking up with Chris Park at fly-half.

The centres line up strongly, with Trevor Dixon and Ryan Carter, and support from Alex Peel and Jordan Moyes should give Millom opportunity to score out wide. John Falconer continues at full-back and will be a really threat in attack.

The bench is strong and youthful, with Callum Loughron, Joe Fisher and Mike Kirham looking for any opportunity to get on the field.

BLACKBURN B v HAWCOAT PARK A

HAWCOAT'S second team travel to Blackburn looking to do the double over their Lancashire opponents.

The front row will be made up of Ryan Brown, Jordan Garnett and Liam Burns, who are all more than capable of holding their own.

Young buck Charlie Butterworth will partner Rory Sayle in the engine room, with Peter Jennens, Joe Rea, Matt Robson and Euan James looking for a starting shirt.

Lewis Sayle will look to link up with Adam Williamson and the returning Scott Garnett.

The back line will be lead by ever-present Dave Wynne, with Jay Crowe, Dan Hayes and Rodney Odondi always on hand to take the ball on.

With Joe Ward at full-back, the team has a good strong look as they tryto go second in the North West Raging Bull League.

AMBLESIDE v WHITEHAVEN A

(Galava Park, 2.15pm)

AMBLESIDE are back at home after their Junior Vase defeat last time out on the Wirral.

This week sees only one change for the hosts, with Aaron Cassels coming in for the injured Matt Middlemiss in the centres.

It is business as usual up front, with Pip Houghton and Mike Gibson propping up hooker Gregg Stevenson.

In the second row, skipper Paul Longster will be joined by big Jacob Taylor, with the back row of Andrew Clayton, Greg Machino and Alfie White always on hand to clean up the ball for scrum half Keenan Longster.

The youngster has good hands and will look to get Paul Holgate and his back line into play early doors.

Steven Matthews joins Cassels in the centres, with Tim Horsfall and Rory Townsend the men out wide. Lewis Kelly is at the back and will look to steady the ship in defense and attack.

WINDERMERE v EGREMONT

(Dawes Meadow, 2.15pm)

DAWES Meadow sees the Ambers back on home turf as Windermere welcome Egremont.

This is expected to be tight as there is not a lot between the two teams in the Cumbria League.

Mere welcome back some much-needed faces to the team.

The front row has some continuity as captain a Jamie Hardman is joined by Dan Harrison and Luke Todd.

The second row sees the return from New Zealand of Paul Mahler, and he is joined by Jonny Benson in a strong set-up.

Backing up this strong front five will be the back row of John Sheasby and Joe Hallam, both back from injury, and regular Connor Maher.

The scrum half shirt is glued to the back of Dan Nield as he continues his link-up play with Bertie Hodgson at fly-half.

The wide men of Tim Sheasby and Moses Dawson are a brilliant duo, always capable of finishing off the moves made by the men inside them in Dave Oakley and Tom Atkinson.

Andy Duncan is not just there to make up the numbers as the pacey full-back will look to take on the Egremont team when given the chance.

Josh Dawson, Connor Vetas Young and Mike Ward are waiting on the bench to make an impact.

WHITEHAVEN v FURNESS

FURNESS travel up the coast to the hotbed of rugby that is Whitehaven.

The Blues will be looking to climb the Cumbria League table and a win could see them go fourth if other results go their way.

The brilliant back row of Jonny Sloan, Joe Mallinson and Rhys Studt are more than a handful and should help keep the ball on the right side.

Corne Els returns in the second row and is joined by Alex Mason, looking to push on at all times, and with a front three of Leon Sweet, Ben Hughes and Paul Dean, they go strong in the pack.

Jordan Ashton keeps the number nine shirt and will look to get good possession to give him time to get the backs up and running, with Craig McKinnon alongside him at fly-half. A strong centre-field, including Tom Brannon and Iestyn Humphries, will give the traveling team some real punch in attack.

Ryan Cunningham and Rhys Humphries are the wide men and, given half a chance, will put points on the board.

Alex Brown brings up the rear at full-back and can be a game-changer, while on the bench are Dan Scott, Kieron Mason and Chris Dalton.
