Jamie Morrow, playing his first game for more than four weeks, ran the show and capped his performance with a hat-trick of tries.
It was Morrow who stunned the Island with a first-minute try converted by George Nicholls.
Island never recovered as Walney went on the rampage.
They increased their lead on seven minutes, when a neat ball from Morrow sent Adam Nicholson through a gap to score, Nicholls adding the goal.
It was that man Morrow who was involved for try number three, timing his pass to perfection for Tippett to touch down. Nicholls converted.
Twenty two minutes into the action, it was 24-0 as a sweeping attack saw Morrow take play deep, from where Jake Deveraux crashed over, with Nicholls goaling.
A rare attack from Island saw Ben Garner release Sam Attard, but after getting into his stride, he was brought down.
After Garner had lost the ball near the Cents line, the opposition counter-attacked, resulting in Morrow going in from acting half for 28-0.
Garner did touch down on the stroke of half-time but was adjudged offside.
On 48 minutes, Morrow completed his hat-trick. Adam Nicholson drove hard downfield chipping ahead before putting in a back-handed ball to the skipper, with Nicholls making it 34-0.
Devereux then broke on halfway to send the impressive Adam Ford leaving defenders in his wake to score, with Nicholls adding the goal.
On 66 minutes, Cameron Hetherington went in by the post for Nicholls to convert.
Island finaly broke their duck on 74 minutes when swift handling saw Jake Stockdale and Ian Irvine pave the way for Jonathan Walsh to score. Callum Dale added the goal.
And to round off the scoring, another sweeping attack resulted in Attard scoring.
They go into the game on the back of a 24-20 win at Rochdale Mayfield A last weekend, and coach Phil Cubiss is keen to see another victory for his side.
He said: “We are looking to build on the win at Mayfield and also for a run of wins so we can pull away from the chasing pack.
“We were going well last week with a 10-point margin, but they pulled back when we were down in numbers, with Grant Burns off with a broken finger and Jordan Mason torn tendons in his fingers.
“We have picked up bad injuries in all our games so far, but we will still have a decent team for tomorrow.”
Josh Bayliss, Lee Boyd and Chris Reid return, but the final 17 has yet to be decided.
Jamie Morrow is out for several weeks due to work commitments, with Josh Holmes coming into the squad, and there is a possible return to the fold for Brad Nicholls.
Coach Dave Clark said: “We competed very well at Leigh last week despite playing for 47 munutes with 11 men, (Sam Dowsett and Mark Tyson were both sent off).
“I feel proud of the effort the boys put in. Fatigue took over in the final minutes when they got on top.”
Mike Wilson, Jamie Butler and Keir Shepherd are unavailable, while back in contention are Tom Hopkins and Kris Tyson.
Missing out are injured pair Luke Brady and Hanley Dawson, with Tom Newbegin (knee) rated 50-50.
Coach Tom Sibley said “We have to get back on track after last week.
“I was disappointed with our defence at times and we have to get that right.”
Coach Phil Atkinson said: “We have to build on the win over Leyland Warriors last week. We have to be sharper in attack but defensively we are sound.”
