ASKAM and Millom are balls number one and 11 respectively in the draw for the second round of this year's Ladbrokes Challenge Cup, which takes place at 5pm tonight.

The two National Conference League outfits both made it through their first-round ties last weekend, with Askam triumphing 32-16 away to York Acorn and Millom defeating Scottish champions Strathmore Silverbacks 36-18 at home.

Among the 22 other sides joining them in the draw for round two are fellow Cumbrians Distington, Kells and Wath Brow Hornets, plus the likes of the Royal Air Force, British Army and London Chargers.

The draw is being held at Warrington Wolves' Halliwell Jones Stadium and takes place from 5pm this evening. It will be conducted by new Wolves signing Sitaleki Akauola and former prop Gary Chambers.

It will also be streamed live on the BBC Sport website and via the Challenge Cup Facebook page.

The second round matches take place on the weekend of February 10 and 11, and one match will be selected to be broadcast by the BBC on their website.

The 12 winners from round two will be joined in the third round by the 14 professional clubs playing in Betfred League One.
