SOUTH Cumbrian rivals Millom and Windermere go face-to-face in the pick of tomorrow's fixtures.

Hawcoat Park and Furness are both at home, while Park A face unfamiliar opponents.

MILLOM v WINDERMERE

(Wilson Park, 2.15pm)

MILLOM'S Cumbria League season is slowly improving, and their new style of play is bringing belief back into the squad.

Results so far do not show the talent within the team, but they have a big performance in them and just need to focus for 80 minutes and the results will come.

Their next chance comes at home to Windermere tomorrow, with Steven Watson, Trevor Dixon, Chris Park, Ian Cummings and Robbie Pattinson returning.

A strong show from the seconds last week against a well-drilled Keswick side has given Adam Redhead a selection headache, and he will be keeping a keen eye on the players who featured as the season continues.

Millom have a strong, mobile pack and will be looking to move the ball around as much as possible.

The forwards will set the foundations for a fast and adventures back-line, hoping to release Joe and Jordan Moyes and Kyle Barnes.

For their part, Windermere captain Jamie Hardman will be looking to his troops to produce the goods.

Dan Harrison and Luke Todd join Hardman in the front three, with Josh Dawson and Tadhg Butler pushing them on from the engine room.

The back row is performing well, so Leon Surfontain, Connor Maher and Jon Benson will all be looking to be first at the breakdown.

Dan Neild and Bertie Hodgson keep their shirts in the half-backs, looking to get wide men Tom Atkinson and Moses Dawson away and over the whitewash.

Jim Crawford starts at full-back, with Dave Oakley and Neil Piggot in the centres.

FURNESS v SILLOTH

(Strawberry Grounds, 2.15pm)

FOLLOWING their Cumbria League Cup win over Cockermouth last weekend, Furness return to league action with the visit of Silloth.

The Blues front row is boosted by the return of the evergreen Paul Dean, with Rhys Studt reverting back to his normal back-row slot.

Unavailability sees Adam Nicholson move into stand-off, with Tez Nueto returning to the centre.

Welsh winger Ryan Cunningham plays his last game in a blue shirt before his move to a new career.

HAWCOAT PARK v ALDWINIANS

(Hawcoat Park, 2.15pm)

THE Maroons are back on home turf as they take on Aldwinians in the North Lancs/Cumbria League.

Last week's heavy defeat at Tarleton sees Hawcoat even more determined to get some much needed-points on the board.

Ryan Milner, Adam Grainger and Andy Kent fly the flag from the front row, with Ash Mowat and John Donnan in support from the second row.

Skipper Brad Morrow returns to his favoured back-row slot to join Callum Ramsey and Alfie White.

Blain Marwood may get the nod for scrum half, linking up with James Howden, with Lewis Sayle and Chris Burns by his side in pursuit of points.

Ryan Clegg and George Smith make up the team.

TYLDESLEY 3RDS v HAWCOAT PARK A

HAWCOAT Park A face the new team in North West Intermediate Division Four.

Tyldesley’s previous league collapsed, so they have been moved so they can continue playing

Park captain Martin Kennedy returns from sunning himself and will join Luke Shaw and Ted Jackson in the pack.

Ryan Brown and Liam Burns take on the opposition front row, while Connor Vetes, Rory Sayle, Peter Jennens Matt Robson all look for a start in the back row.

Adam Williamson returns at scrum half and Euan James leads the backs from fly-half, with Dave Wynne never far from the action backed up by James Dallimore.

Colin Wright and Adam Armstrong and Col Wright will play their part in as Hawcoat look to apply pressure at the top of the division.
