The Windermere man is part of an 11-strong squad who will compete at Nairn Golf Club, Scotland, between August 10- 12.
The call-up comes a month after Chapman was part of the England team at the European Team Championships in France. The 21-year-old reached the last 32 at the British Amateur this year, having had top-10 finishes in the St Andrews Links Trophy and the Scottish Open amateur. He tied third in the Hampshire Salver and fifth in the South of England amateur.
Also in the squad for Nairn are new English Amateur Champion Dan Brown; Will Enefer, of Shropshire; Harry Hall, of Cornwall; Josh Hilleard, of Somerset; Marco Penge, of Sussex; Alfie Plant, of Kent; Gian-Marco Petrozzi, of Staffordshire; Ashton Turner, of Lincolnshire; James Walker, of Yorkshire; and Jack Yule, of Norfolk.
England will be seeking to regain the Home Internationals title, which they last won at Ganton, Yorkshire, in 2013.
