WEST Shore closed the gap on snooker leaders Soccer Bar with a big win at Central in the Barrow Monday Games League.
The Walney side were 5-1 victors and, combined with Soccer Bar going down 4-2 to Greengate, moved within three points of the summit – with a game in hand.
British Legion A extended their advantage in the darts standings after whitewashing stablemates British Legion 6-0.
