COSTELLO's moved joint-top of the Central Darts League, despite a 5-4 defeat to Navy Club.

They have joined Wanderers at the summit, after they were on the end of a 6-3 loss against Blue Lamp.

Only two points separate the top three, with Knights in third thanks to a 5-4 triumph at Cross Keys.

The Wanderers pairing of Peter Gaitskell and Ethan White hit the only 180 of the night, while the highest knock-up was 88, from the Blue Lamp duo of Bob Boyd and Scott Linklater.

White also threw the best game of the night in the singles, checking out in 23 darts with two tons and a 118.
