HAWCOAT Park reserves can all but wrap up the Furness Premier League title with victory at Rampside Road tomorrow.

The Premier Division leaders take on Furness Cavaliers reserves knowing three points will see them with one hand on the trophy with two games to play.

In the West Lancs League, Furness Rovers’ survival fight in Division Two sees them entertain Euxton Villa reserves at the Training Pitch.

A win for third-bottom Rovers would see them leapfrog their fifth-bottom opponents.

Rovers picked up a point after a 2-2 draw at fellow strugglers Tempest United reserves on Easter Monday, with Reece Carlisle and Tyler Wood on the scoresheet.

They followed up on Wednesday night, when the weather threatened to wash out the complete set of scheduled fixtures.

The one game that did survive saw Rovers draw 1-1 with Walney Island on the Training Pitch.

James Bailey put Walney 1-0 up on the hour-mark, but Josh Jones equalised with 10 minutes remaining.

Referee Scott Leslie was excellent, in conditions that had turned the pitch into a mud-bath by the end of the game

Local rivals Furness Cavaliers are one point and one place above Rovers, but also have three games in hand ahead of their trip to Croston Sports.

The already congested end to the season was hit by another complication on Easter Monday as heavy rainfall meant most fixtures were postponed.

Millom, however, bounced back from defeat at West Lancs Division Two leaders Leyland by registering a 5-2 home victory over Euxton Villa reserves. All the goals came in the first 30 minutes, with Carl Waters (2), Phil Edmondson (2) and Jamie Pattinson the Millom scorers.

On Tuesday night, Dalton United reserves played out a 2-2 draw against Furness Cavaliers reserves in the Furness Premier League.

Kane Fitch and Keith Holmes both found the net for Dalton. Dane Townsend and Jordan Hughes (penalty) replied for Cavaliers.
