TOP SCORE: Liam Livingstone

After losing at home to Leyland last weekend, Chris D’Leny’s side slipped to a seven-wicket defeat at Blackpool, to allow Fleetwood to take a four-point lead at the top of the table.

Batting first, the Ernest Pass men were dismissed for a paltry 95 in the 37th over, with only Liam Livingstone, with 22, and Nicky Burns, with 17, really getting going.

Despite the best efforts of seamer Daryl Wearing, with 2-33, Barrow never really looked like winning as the home side reached a winning total of 101 for 3 in 29.4 overs.
