PAUL Crarey and Joe Bullock have both been nominated for end-of-year awards after the shortlists for the Kingstone Press Championship and League One accolades were announced.

Crarey is among the three nominees for the League One coach of the year award for the second year in a row, along with Whitehaven player-coach Carl Forster and York City Knight's James Ford.

The Barrow Raiders head coach missed out on the prize last year, which went to Toulouse Olympique boss Sylvain Houles instead.

Meanwhile, Bullock is among the three contenders for the League One player of the year honour along with Toronto Wolfpack duo Bob Beswick and Craig Hall.

The powerful prop has caught the eye with a series of impressive displays for the Raiders, helping them to League One Cup glory and a place in the play-offs.

Former Barrow skipper Andrew Henderson has been nominated for the Championship coach of the year award too after guiding London Broncos into the Qualifiers for the second year running. He is up against Halifax's Richard Marshall and Hull Kingston Rovers boss Tim Sheens.
