SCOTTISH Premiership side Motherwell will head to Holker Street next month to take on Barrow AFC.
The Steelmen will make the trip south on Tuesday, July 11, three days after AFC open their pre-season account with the visit of Blackburn Rovers.
The fixture is Barrow's eighth confirmed friendly ahead of the start of the National league campaign on Saturday, August 5.
They will also welcome Crewe Alexandra and Nottingham Forest Under-23s to town, while making trips to lower-league Boston United, Lancaster City, Stockport County and Witton Albion.
Pre-season training for Paul Cox's squad starts on Friday, June 30.
