The mixed sessions are designed for those who played hockey years ago or who have not played the game before.
The aim is to introduce or reintroduce the sport in a fun and relaxed manner, without the pressure of playing for a team, and to help boost fitness levels in the process. They will start on Wednesday, June 1, between 7.30pm and 8.30pm.
