Furness Rovers Warriors U16s 9 Millom Reds U16s 1
LEAGUE champions Furness Rovers made it a double as they ran our comprehensive winners in the KO Cup final at Holker Street.
A side with a 100 per cent record all season – though they did concede a walkover to eventual winners Vickerstown in the Furness FA Cup – Rovers marched to success against Millom.
Helped by hat-tricks from Ryan Fagan and Hugh McParland, with other goals coming from a stunning Tyler Wood free-kick and Nathan McHugh, Rovers set themselves up for a potential treble.
They face Crooklands Casuals at Holker Street tonight looking to add one final piece of silverware in the final of the Ulverston Hospitals Cup.
