MILLOM are looking for back-to-back Cumbria League victories as they host Kendal seconds in the Cumbria League.

Ambleside are the only other local team with home comforts as they take on Egremont reserves.

Hawcoat Park face a tough away day at St Benedicts, while Furness head to Keswick and  Windermere are at Cockermouth.

MILLOM v KENDAL SECONDS (Wilson Park, 2.15pm)

FOLLOWING a great win at home last time out against Carlisle, Millom welcome Kendal seconds to Wilson Park for a Cumbria League clash.

Millom will be without stalwarts Trevor Dixon and Kieron Rogan who are missing due to injury and work commitments.

They do welcome back Jordan Moyes at stand-off whose inclusion will be a massive plus for the side.

Craig Mounsey finds yet another position on the pitch as he teams up with Ryan Carter in the centres and Chris Park links up with Moyes at scrum-half as the Blues look to attack Kendal from all departments.

In the front row Ian Cummings will lead the way with Dean Doyle and Steve Watson more than able to hold their own in the tight, backed up by Kieron Coulson and James Wilson.

AMBLESIDE v EGREMONT SECONDS (Galava Park, 2.15pm)

AMBLESIDE are back at Galava Park for the first time since November as they face Egremont seconds.

Last week saw the Lake District men put up a spirited performance on the road away at Workington. It was a monster eight-hour round trip because of road closures and the snow and they should be applauded for making every effort to get the game on.

Skipper Paul Longster will be looking for his troops to show the same heart against Egremont.

Missing are Ben Roe and Charlie Raine, but Ambleside will still be going strong, especially up front where joining Pip Houghton will be Paul Aires and Gregg Stevenson.

Fraser Lydon will control things from full-back with Kal Thompson and Tim Horsfall joining him in the back three.

  ST BENEDICTS v HAWCOAT PARK

BOTH Hawcoat sides are on the road, with the first XV making the trip west to face a strong St Benedicts side.

It's a chance for some of the young guns from the second team to get a shout with key personnel missing.

With no Callum Ramsey or James Howden, Euan James could well get a call-up to the firsts but making his debut will be young Colt Jack Shannon who has shown a great skill set in his previous games for the open age outfit.

Ash Mowat will no doubt be joined in the engine room by big John Donnan as the Maroon and Whites go for power in the pack.

Jack Sutherland is likely to make up the back row contingent with Mike Lightfoot, Will Mallinson,  and Matty Sayle, and Antony Munday will keep his pack going forward from the off at scrum half.

The Grady Slater/Chris Burns combination seems to be bearing fruit and should be strong enough to give Bennies something to think about. It is going to be a tough day at the office but Hawcoat could well upset the form book.

The seconds travel to Wigton to take on their Cumbria 2 League counterparts. With the firsts taking some of the seconds team to give them a chance to prove themselves, Hawcoat will be relying on the regulars to step up to the mark.

Lewis Sayle and Jay Crowe will need to show the team around. With the strong running of Rory Sayle and the returning Martin 'Franz Klammer' Kennedy they could be more than a match for Wigton.

Jordan Garnett at hooker is coming on leaps and bounds with Paul Woodburn showing him the ropes as he develops his game.

KESWICK v FURNESS

FURNESS are on the road this week as they take on Keswick in the Cumbria League.

Aaron Pike is unavailable but back in the team is Sam Dutton, whose flare from scrum half will be a massive bonus for the Blues.

George Smith will be receiving plenty of good ball from his half-back partner and will look to get Steve Perry outside him away, releasing the pacy back line.

Wing man Tez Nueto is a real handful at the best of times and could have too much for Keswick. Paul Dean and Cameron McClure will take the ball on at every breakdown, with captain Joe Mallinson running with power and pace going forward.

There's no-one better at that than the influential Rhys Studt, who will be looking to get his early season form back.

COCKERMOUTH v WINDERMERE

THE Ambers of Windermere have a tough away day as they travel to a hot-bed of rugby in Cockermouth.

Mere are on a bit of a roll at the moment and will be looking to get on top early in this one.

As captain and full-back James Crawford has controlled things well from the back, with Tom Atkinson and Moses Dawson swinging into action when required from the wings.

In centre-field Rory Hodgson and Josh Holmes can attack from anywhere on the park, and with brother Bertie Hodgson at ten, the back line has some real grit about it.

The pack is showing good continuity with the front three of Jamie Hardman, Joe Turner and Dan Harrison no finer exponents of this.

The breakdowns will be tight but with Leigh Wood, Paul Mahler and Jon Sheasby at the helm, Mere can handle any situation thrown at them.
