Over three days of action, the youngsters worked with coaches from Barrow Thorns to develop their skills while enjoying their end-of-term break.
Jerseys from NBA sides Miami Heat, Chicago Bulls and Cleveland Cavaliers were among those on show from the basketball-mad youngsters.
The keen court kids worked through various practice drills and coaching routines to help develop their techniques, with the sound of bouncing balls echoing off the sports hall’s walls.
Players were split into different age groups during the three days, enabling them to work with children of a similar size, experience level and ability, rather than being overwhelmed by those up to twice their age.
The Year 1 to Year 10 pupils put these skills to the test in league matches, games and competitions over the course of the camp, with both boys and girls – some who are already part of the Thorns set-up and others who play through their schools – battling it out.
