Wasp sting call out for Cumbria mountain rescue team

MOUNTAIN rescuers were called out to assist a 62-year-old man who had suffered a wasp sting this afternoon.

Penrith MRT assist the man who suffered the sting while walking with friends, close to High Dodd, above Ullswater.

The man was located and treated on scene by the team and was able to walk off.

The incident happened at around 3pm.

I still think there should be a charge for this type of call out also for the RNLI ? If its a genuine call out thats fine, but for wasting peoples safety & Time, & that also goes for Ambulance,Fire or Police services as well!
