A 63-YEAR-OLD man has been handed a two-year restraining order and must stay indoors between 7pm and 7am every night for three months for harassing a woman.
Alexander Hale, of Castle View on Walney, appeared at Furness Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, when he pleaded guilty to pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to harassment.
Between August 24 and August 28 of this year, Hale contacted Angela Trelore by a third party and left flowers on her vehicle.
Hale was given a curfew, requiring him to remain at home between 7pm and 7am every night until November 21, and he was also given a two-year restraining order banning him from contacting the victim.
He was also ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
