A WALNEY man has denied verbally abusing a woman, sending her nasty texts and banging on her front door.
Michael Lee Peter Botes is accused harassing Rebecca Crease between June 13 and June 24 of this year.
Botes, of Douglas Street, Walney, has been charged with pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to harassment in that he is said to have verbally abused Rebecca Crease, sent her abusive text messages and banged on her front door in French Street on a number of occasions.
Botes, 31, is set to appear at Furness Magistrates' Court today via video link from prison.
