A WALNEY man is set to appear in court accused of harassing his neighbours by playing loud music despite being banned from doing so.
Stephen Alfred Clarke, of Ramsgate Crescent, has denied the three charges of playing loud music and behaving in an antisocial behaviour, which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order made at Furness Magistrates' Court.
Last September, the 47-year-old was found guilty of harassment and received an eight week sentence, which has been suspended for two years. During this period, Clarke is banned from playing loud music or intimidating his neighbours.
Clarke is due to stand trial at Preston Crown Court this Friday accused of breaching the order on three occasions - between January 29 and February 17 of this year, between March 23 and March 31 of this year, and between April 4 and April 7 of this year.
