A WALNEY man is set to appear in court accused of getting a refund for items he had not bought from a DIY store.
Raymond Dobson, of Methuen Street, is listed to appear at Furness Magistrates' Court on Tuesday charged with one count of fraud.
The 33-year-old is accused of presenting goods at B&Q in Barrow that were not paid for, and obtaining a credit note to the value of £47.44 on June 11.
