A MAN accused of a serious assault on a woman is set to enter a plea when he appears at the crown court today.
Lee Martindale, of Eden Avenue on Walney, has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm after an alleged attack on Kelly Gill in Barrow on December 8 of last year.
Moss, 43, is due to enter a plea when he appears at Preston Crown Court today.
