Break: An afternoon tea takes place on Saturday
A SUMMER afternoon tea event will bring folk together next month.
St Mary's Parish Centre, on Walney, is hosting the afternoon tea on Saturday July 1.
The event will serve up cakes, scones, sandwiches and tea and coffee at the centre in Church Lane.
The afternoon tea gets under way from 2pm. Everyone is welcome to go along and join in the fun. Tickets are on sale and they cost £7 per person. Tickets and further information is available from Janet Blower on 01229 472100.
