Thorny Nook
A MAN is due in court accused of dumping household rubbish near to the beach on Walney.
Matthew Warriner, of Delhi Street, Walney, has been charged with depositing 15 refuse bags containing household waste at Thorny Nook on Walney on May 5 of this year.
Warriner is due to appear at Furness Magistrates' Court on Monday. The charges have been brought by Barrow Borough Council.
