A BOMB disposal team is set to carry out a controlled explosion on a beach on Walney.
The Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team will dispose of the piece of ordnance on the beach at Walney sometime this afternoon.
The explosion will not pose a risk to members of the public.
