AN ULVERSTON shoplfter is facing a £100 bill after stealing two frozen pizzas.

Harriet Glynn, 21, of Sun Street, Ulverston pleaded guilty to two counts of theft from a shop when she appeared at Furness Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

The court heard Glynn took one pizza from Bargain Booze and a second from the Co-op, both in Ulverston, on May 16 but paid for both items shortly after being arrested.

She was given a conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
