A WOMAN accused of stealing a Costa coffee, energy drink and petrol from a fuel station in Ulverston is to stand trial on Monday.
Chanelle Higham, of Daffodil Road, Birkenhead, is charged with making off without payment for petrol worth £30.01 from Shell Lakeland, in Oubas Hill, on February 14.
The 34-year-old is also charged with the theft of a Monster Nergy drink and a Costa hot coffee on the same day.
She pleaded not guilty to both offences at an earlier hearing held on April 21.
The trial will be held at Furness Magistrates Court, in Abbey Road.
