A PENSIONER from Ulverston has been charged with drink-driving after he was allegedly caught more than twice the legal limit.
Sion Jair, of Larch Grove in Ulverston, is due to appear at Furness Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
The 66-year-old has been charged with driving a Vauxhall Astra in Poplar Grove, Ulverston, on June 3 with an alcohol limit of 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
