Furness Magistrates Court
At Furness Magistrates’ Court on October 13, Ronald Francis Oliver Brooke, of Old Bobbin Mill, Satterthwaite pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle dangerously.
The charge relates to an incident where the defendant is alleged to have run over and injured a dog.
Brooke denies the charge and a trial date was set for Preston Crown Court on November 11.
