A YOUNG woman who was caught stealing two bottles of Pimms from a supermarket with her boyfriend has vowed to "sort her life out" after pleading guilty in court.
Alina Jay Elliott, of Holker Street, Barrow, and Luke Robert Crowe, of Lund Terrace, Ulverston, confessed to stealing the summer favourite from Booths supermarket in Ulverston on Wednesday June 15.
The pair, who are both 19 years old and have previous convictions for shoplifting, were ordered to pay a fine of £181 and have to attend six fortnightly sessions at an adult detention centre.
Residing magistrate Everley Buckley said: "You were both up in front of me a month ago for the same offence – I don't want to see either you in here again."
