TWO people have been taken to hospital following a collision on the A5087.
Police were alerted to a two-car-crash on the Coast round around 2.13pm. The vehicles involved are understood to be a Kia Rio and a Vauxhall Zafira.
Police have confirmed that the two injured people have been taken to hospital, but their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
The road is closed at The Fishermans Arms Hotel, near Baycliff, as the emergency services work to clear the road.
Police expect the closure to be in effect for the foreseeable future, and advise drivers to find an alternative route.
