THE traffic has now cleared on the A590 after a multi-vehicle crash near Ulverston caused long queues in both directions.
Emergency services were called to the scene of a multi-vehicle crash on the A590 in Swarthmoor shortly after 8am this morning.
Four cars collided causing major tailbacks for morning commuters as far as Lindal.
Police officers were at the scene to control the traffic and divert them around the crash.
