A INVESTIGATION has been launched by police following the death of a 20-year-old woman.
Officers and paramedics were called to a flat at Hoad View in North Lonsdale Road, Ulverston at 7.40pm on Thursday June 22.
A number of police vehicles and a scenes of crime van were seen at the address.
The death is being treated as unexplained. Officers attending the incident arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply. He is in police custody.
The police presence continued until this morning. The scene is now clear.
