Hundreds of runners, Nordic walkers and athletes took part in Ulverston's Festival of Two Feet this weekend.
Our photographers were busy at the heart of the action capturing the jubilant smiles and exhausted tears of the day.
As well as the 5k and 10k events on Saturday, runners took on the marathon and half marathon around the town today.
