A SCULPTURE installed at a south Cumbrian venue will provide the perfect backdrop for couples celebrating their wedding.
The nursery garden at Ulverston's Ford Park has a new addition thanks to the efforts of a local artist.
Local sculptor and artist Chris Brammall lent his creative talent to the park, creating a metal gothic-style arch, mirroring the park's original stone entrance.
Former CEO of Ford Park, Ali Alger, said it was enjoyable to work with a local designer through the project.
She said: "It's been great working with a local artist, Chris has also done a new gate for the hospice St Mary's. He was very easy to get on board."
She added over time the arch will be adorned with flowering plants, providing a perfect picture backdrop for those getting married at the park.
