A SMASH stage show is set to return to a famed Ulverston venue to raise money for charity.

This weekend local performer Ben Lewis, 19, is bringing back 'Puttin' On The Ritz' to the Coronation Hall.

Last year Mr Lewis raised more than £3,000 during the event for St Mary's Hospice and is hoping to do the same again.

This year for 'Puttin' On The Ritz 2' Mr Lewis will be joined by fellow performers Connor Wood and Georgie Buckland. Together they will sing and dance their way through Broadway classics such as Chicago, Westside Story and more recent work such as Finding Neverland.

The show will take place on Saturday August 5 at 7pm, with curtains up at 7.30pm.

Tickets are £10 for unreserved cabaret seating and £8 for unreserved balcony seating. For more information call the box office on 01229587140 or visit www.corohall.co.uk .
