POLICE are investigating after up to 10 car batteries were stolen from a recycling centre in Ulverston.
The batteries, worth between £25 and £50, were taken at some point between 5pm yesterday and 7.45am this morning from the Cumbria County Council-operated site in Morecambe Road.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
