POLICE are appealing for information following the theft of £10,000 worth of equipment that was stolen during a burglary at Greenodd.
The incident occurred on Monday April 4 at around 10pm at the Henry Armer site in Main Street, Greenodd.
During the burglary, approximately £10,000 of stock was stolen including chainsaws, hedge trimmers and blowers.
Two vehicles were seen in the area at that time. Once was a red saloon and the other was a white hatchback.
The cars were later spotted heading along the A590 and possibly Ulverston.
Police would like anyone who may have been in the area at the time or anyone who has been offered similar equipment to contact them on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
