Trial of alleged south Cumbria paedophile has been adjourned

Jason Barry, 42, of Mouzel, near Dalton, has previously pleaded not guilty in Barrow Crown Court in November to two counts of engaging in sexual activity with a minor, one of sexual activity with a minor and one count of rape.

It is claimed the alleged offences took place between March 2010 and July 2011.

Barry’s trial was due to start at Preston Crown Court today but has been adjourned.
