I see that the govt has decided not to go ahead with plans to limit night-time driving hours and passengers to young newly / young test passed drivers......
Time for a reconsideration?
I'm not intending to cast any blame in this sad incident but accident statistics show youngsters do tend be involved in more accidents than more experienced drivers.
If the mooted laws were in force, this young man would not be driving at such a late hour.
