South Cumbria weather set to worsen

SOUTH Cumbria is set to see a drop in temperatures with the first cold snap of the autumn set to arrive.
Today’s temperatures are due to average 12 degrees but by Friday temperatures will be around eight degrees with a wind chill factor making the day feel much cooler.
Warnings for strong winds have been given for the North East of the UK. The North West is expected to be colder but there are no weather warnings in place.
