POLICE have thanked the public in Barrow for having a responsible approach to Halloween festivities.
Inspector Mike O’Hagan, of Barrow Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “Although the weather was not good, Police only attended a small number of anti- social incidents and we would therefore like to thank everyone for their responsible approach to this year’s festivities.”
Barrow police said it hopes that members of the local community continue to celebrate the festivities in a similar manner over weekend.
Anyone who notices something suspicious or has any concerns is asked to contact Cumbria Police on 101 and ask to speak to an officer in your area.
