A man’s body was discovered who has since been identified as Lee Phillipson, aged 30, from Borland Avenue, Carlisle. His death is being treated as unexplained, but not suspicious.

His family have been informed and police have updated the coroner.

A 31-year-old man from Carlisle has been arrested on suspicion of supplying Class A drugs, and is currently in custody helping police with enquiries.
