Cumbria police said the man started shouting at a lone female as she left Sports Direct, in Dalton Road, at around 4.40pm on Saturday.

The man is described as being around 6ft 3in tall, of slim build with short dark hair. He was pushing a pram and was with a female.

Anyone with information is asked to call Barrow police on 101.
