Panic buying at petrol stations

PETROL stations ran dry as panic buyers continued to queue at the pumps ahead of potential fuel strikes.
Energy Minister Ed Davey yesterday advised motorists to refill their tanks when half-empty, while opposition
Labour politicians asked for an apology after claims the government’s “vague” message to “stay topped up” caused the tailbacks.
This afternoon, Asda in Walney Road and Shell in Abbey Road, Barrow both run out of fuel. Tesco in Hindpool Road also run out of diesel and unleaded in the early evening. Morrisons in the Strand still had supplies early this evening but was very busy.

It's a result a high number of the pie eating Barrovians can get some exercise,might save the NHS a fortune.

I went and bought all the fuel I could. I maxed out 4 pumping stalls so I could use all of the diesel in my very non-eco friendly tractor that I enjoy cruising around the field in all day. And maybe when I run out tomorrow I will go and get more.
