AN accident on A595 has caused congestion and queuing traffic in Hallthwaites.
Congestion is building as emergency services are believed to be present but the road remains open both ways.
The accident happened at around 9 pm at the Chapel Brow junction, A595.
Drivers are urged to take care when passing through and allow extra time for possible delays.
