Philip Eland, from Millom
A 48-year-old man is to stand trial accused of naked door knocking. Phillip Eland, of Holborn Hill, Millom, has been charged with causing a public nuisance by indecently exposing himself.
The alleged incident is said to have taken place on May 24 in Millom. Eland appeared before Furness Magistrates' Court on Thursday. (18)
He entered a not guilty plea to the charge and was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Mr Michael Graham
The case will be hard at the Abbey Road magistrates' court, Barrow, at a date to be set.
